Terms of service
These plain-English terms apply when a coach or club uses The Team Sheet.
Your licence
Each team receives a 30-day free trial. After the trial, access costs £15 per team for 12 months. We will send a reminder before renewal and will not renew automatically without that reminder.
Coach responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and make sure the people you invite are authorised to manage the team.
Children's information
Use first names and surname initials for players. We never show photos of children; players appear by first name, surname initial and shirt number only.
Data processing
For team information, we act as your processor and use it only to provide, secure and support the service. We follow your lawful instructions, restrict staff access, protect confidentiality and security, assist with data rights, notify you without undue delay of a confirmed personal-data breach, and delete team information at the end of the service in line with our retention period. Our sub-processors are our hosting and database provider and, when online payments are introduced, our payment provider. We remain responsible for putting appropriate terms in place with them. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, abusive or inappropriate material; impersonate another person; try to access another team's information; disrupt the service; or use it for anything other than legitimate grassroots team management.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may improve or change features and will give reasonable notice where a change materially affects your paid service.
Liability
The Team Sheet is an organisational tool, not a safeguarding, medical or emergency service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected team's current 12-month licence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time. Team information is scheduled for deletion 12 months after the subscription ends, subject to limited legal, security or accounting records.
