Your team
Tap Start your 30-day free trial, create your account and confirm your email. Then add your team name, age group and club. We pick the right format and shape for the age group, and you can change it.

Colours and crest
Choose your kit colours and, if you like, upload your club crest. You'll see a preview of your team page header.

Your squad
Paste or type your players, one per line. Full names are shortened to first name and surname initial, like Sam T, and you check the list before saving.

Next match
Add the opponent, date, kick-off, meet time, venue and kit. You can skip this and add it later.

Privacy
Your team page is private. Parents type a six-character team code once, and nobody else can see your players.

Share
Copy the ready-made WhatsApp message with your link and code, and send it to your parents' group. Then head to your dashboard to pick the team sheet.
How do I add players?
Sign in, open your team dashboard and use the Squad section. Add each player's shirt number, first name and surname initial.
Can I import my league fixtures?
Yes. In your dashboard, choose Import fixtures and paste the list copied from your league website, or upload a CSV. Check every date, opponent, home or away choice and venue before saving. The Team Sheet never scrapes the league website.
How do parents see the team?
Use Copy parents link in the dashboard and share that single link. Parents do not need an account or an app.
How do I invite another coach?
Team owners open Team settings, create an invite code and send it to the coach. They sign in and choose Join a team with an invite code.
How do I change formation?
Team owners choose the default format and shape in Team settings. Coaches can then choose a shape for each match and fine-tune each position on the pitch.
How does billing work?
Each team starts with a 30-day free trial. It then costs £15 for 12 months. We send a reminder before renewal and do not renew without one.
Is there a club licence?
Yes. Club licence: £99 a year for up to 10 teams, then £8 per extra team. Contact us at hello@theteamsheet.co.uk. Club admins get a dashboard of every team, can add teams and invite their coaches, and each team keeps its own coaches in charge.
How do parents get directions?
Add a venue with its postcode, or paste a Google or Apple Maps link into Map link or postcode. Parents get a Directions button and can tap the venue name. Owners can save grounds, including your home ground, in Team settings.
Can parents get notifications?
Yes. On the team page, parents tap Get notified. We send a note when the team sheet is out, when the result is up, and a reminder three days before a match if they haven't said whether their child can play. On iPhone, add the team page to the home screen first, then turn on notifications from there.
Do you show children's photos?
No. We never show photos of children. Players appear by first name, surname initial and shirt number only.
